Well Being during quarantine WFH – Yoga by TechVians

We all are well aware that Working From Home isn’t an easy deal considering the chaos happening around with Covid-19, it does affect our Minds. Not just that, it’s undeniable that we miss the Workplace Ergonomics. However, we the entire Corporate Fraternity are keeping the Ball Rolling, meeting our timelines, and staying up motivated hoping to get back to normal life

Hence as an organization, TechVedika has taken up an initiative for the Well Being of all our employees. We are conducting Online Yoga Sessions with a qualified and experienced Isha Yoga Trainer Mr. Anurag Deshpande based out of Isha Foundation Coimbatore.

And our employees as always have been proactive in encouraging such initiatives with their definite attendance. We are having great sessions on Yoga & Meditation practices.

Considering the fact that nothing beats the importance of being Fit & Healthy, we are glad to share few glimpses of our session and encourage all of you as well to “Stay Fit & Stay Healthy because that’s the only need of the Hour”
