He is currently driving AI/ML & Vision Analytics based product innovation aiding smart manufacturing, logistics, radiology diagnostics by working closely with domain experts & collaboration partners.
Sai is an entrepreneurial visionary with a sharp focus on innovation and technology in AI/ML with around 35+ years of experience in the IT industry and has an extensive experience in product development. Prior to Tech Vedika, he managed product development teams spread across geographies and built offshore teams from the ground up.
Raj is responsible for defining technology strategy, product and platform roadmap and building competency in emerging technologies.
Raj is an Enterprise Architect with passion for solution architecture and platform development. He has around 30+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture consulting, Presales & Delivery in BFSI, Healthcare, Pharma, Logistics, Telecom, Manufacturing and Insurance domains working for reputed enterprises in the USA and India.
Murali is responsible for providing Technology leadership and Architecture for the Product, Platform and Project Teams.
Murali has around 30 years of rich experience as a Principal Technical Architect in the Software Industry specializing in Microservices, Cloud, DevOps and Product Development. During his career, he worked with Tier 1 companies in India, Malaysia, Singapore and USA. He completed his MBA from Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, California.
Mousumi is responsible for managing services delivery for various customers and also managing resources’ allocation in projects. She is associated with TechVedika almost since its inception, setup the delivery process from scratch to ensure a smooth and transparent model involving customers. She also built a technically strong, process cautious, and dedicated delivery team that works with ownership and is focused to make customers happy.
She has around 20+ years of experience with Software Delivery Life Cycle, with an experience of working with big enterprises (Healthcare and Insurance domain), managing their offshore team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through smooth delivery.
Abhiram is currently responsible for Strategic Planning & Partnerships, Marketing Strategy, Corporate Development and Business Strategy. He is experienced in managing teams to deliver the best solutions & developing high performance teams and achieving operational excellence.
Abhiram has around three decades experience of working with leading Indian and foreign MNCs. He has gained significant exposure from SME to Large Corporate to various industry verticals including IT, Banking, IB/NBFC, Steel, Education, Hospitality, Manufacturing.
Pavan is currently heading the Talent and Growth/Strategy division of Tech Vedika. He is an accomplished business leader with expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and human capital management along with adding new global clientele. One of his major accomplishments has been building the world’s largest talent community of technically vetted profiles that enables global organizations to connect with talented individuals worldwide at the right time and at the right cost.
He has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology industry and has led large teams and various verticals with top consulting firms and corporates in India. He has handled assignments for large Indian and Multinational companies across industries and functions in India, the US, Canada, the UK, Europe, and APAC Region.
Dr. MADAN DABBEERU
Dr. Madan will be responsible for the AI/ML practices of Tech Vedika. His focus areas have been Computer Vision, NLP, and Customer Science using AI. Prior to joining Tech Vedika, he was a founding member of Rakuten Research India, an R&D wing of Rakuten, where he headed the India Division.
Madan has over 15 years of experience in the field of Artificial Intelligence. His research has been in robotics, cognitive science, medical imaging (computer-assisted cancer detection), convex optimization, and reinforcement learning algorithms coupled with neuro-evolutionary approaches. He completed his Ph.D. from IIT Kanpur, and went to the University of Maryland College Park, for post-doctoral research working on autonomous decision-making of unmanned vehicles.
Sudhir is responsible for designing, building & executing scalable HR & recruitment models from scratch aligned with the organization’s goals to achieve 3X growth.
He is a strategic people and talent partner with 15+ years of experience in HR and talent acquisition, involved in building & scaling teams for startups and product organizations. He is a problem solver and automates monotonous tasks using HR Tech tools while building rich candidate experience. His key skills include strategy planning, building core winning teams, talent management, stakeholder management, talent nurturing and execution.
